- Product Development which provides product design and development services from concept

- Engineering Analysis covers all areas of engineering analysis with specialization
in high end analysis such as CFD (computational fluid dynamics) analysis, thermal
analysis, and stress & vibration analysis. The Engineering Analysis Group provides
services to many industries from electronics cooling, aerospace & defence, consumer
goods, medical devices, etc. TDMG also provides analysis services related to infrastructure
projects, including built systems such as clean rooms, data centers, indoor pools
and waterparks, hospitals, etc.
- Cooling Products provides cooling products for use in electronic systems. These products include heatsinks, heatpipes, coldplates, and liquid cooling systems. Our endeavour in this area developed from our work in the field of electronics cooling. At first TDMG provided only the engineering analysis services for our customers in this field, however, as we started to develop more customized cooling solutions, we developed the capability to also supply the early stage prototypes. With time, we developed this capability and expanded our supplier base to cover all types of cooling products.
