TDMG enters the cooling products market with a high performance hybrid liquid cooling system for HPC application. TDMG has designed cooling systems for over 10 years developing extensive experience in the field, particularly with cooling of electronic equipment. In parallel, TDMG has developed a diverse manufacturing network that allows it to procure cooling products from low-to high- volume production runs. We maintain strict quality controls, including ISO certified manufacturing facilities. The extent of the products available is wide and includes: heatsinks, fansinks, LED heatsinks, heatpipes, coldplates, heat exchangers, and liquid cooling systems. TDMG’s sophisticated engineering support is of highest standards, including thermal and flow analysis using CFD software, a test lab for flow and thermal testing, as well as full turnkey mechanical design capabilities.
