TESTING
TDMG has developed a test lab facility available for product evaluation. Our lab is capable of conducting flow tests using our windtunnel and additional lab equipment. We also have the capability of collecting temperature measurements over long periods of time. Our staff is capable of conducting any mechanical test on products.
TDMG has supported design teams in various tasks such as
- Testing and troubleshooting products.
- Capturing product air flow characteristics.
- Evaluating and measuring temperatures and generated heat enabling us to calculate product efficiencies.
- Measuring fluid flow and heat flux in radiant heat pipe systems.
- Measuring heat exchanger pressure and flow characteristics.
- Evaluating component temperatures with respect to air speed.
- Performing heatsink and fan characterization tests.
- Conducting Telcordia GR-63 and GR-487 evaluations.
